How to Fly Your Personal Aircraft

Please add your advice to this, it is a suggestion on how to better manage aerial traffic.

In the future, they say, when a person wants to go somewhere, they will want to go in a personal aircraft. This is kind of a white elephant, after all, in the future when the population density can support greater amounts of municipal transportation and infrastructure, who will need a personal aircraft? But apparently that’s beside the point since everyone is so jetset. The main difficulty with flying personal aircacraft is that if everyone has one, then death is nearly impossible to avoid. This is especially true of current regulations, imagine having to vox in with flight control every ten seconds, there would have to be a com tower on every block just to keep up with it all. Instead of creating boring routs or some crazy mathematical formula, why not apply a set of simple rules and a lot of sensors? To take off and land, always give everything ten feet clearance, when flying the starting height, at zero degrees heading, should be ten feet above anything for ten miles around. For every ten degrees adjust height ten feet up, so that at 350 degrees heading you are 350 feet above starting height. This is not going to guarantee perfect performance, but it will ensure that you have a good amount of warning time before you can collide at 110+ miles per hour.
