We have the potential of biomass energy source of about 50 GWe, while between 4.8 to 5.2 solar kWh/m2/hari. Biomass and solar energy sources are part of renewable energy sources that are clean and when its use does not produce greenhouse gas emissions. The second source of renewable energy has long been used in our country although biomass energy in the form of liquid fuels (bio-diesel and bio-ethanol) emerging in recent years after forced to import fuel (net oil importer). a. Bio-diesel through transesterification process (BPPT, ITB, IPB, UGM, etc.)
