Orlando’s WFTV Channel Nine Using Space Age Technology to Talk About Atlas V Rocket
I was reading some of the tweets on the Altlas V LRO-LCROSS Rocket launch.
I was reading updates from the twitter users I follow when I noticed this tweet “WFTVWATCH LIVE NOW: Rocket set to launch from Cape at NEW TIME: 5:32pm — livestream up and running on WFTV.com: http://tr.im/oYr1” posted by WFTV Orlando’s local Channel 9 News on their twitter account http://twitter.com/WFTV
As you can see I tried to record the launch with my camera. On a clear day it is almost always to see a launch for any part of Orlando. Not today though. In twitter terms I had a fail at seeing the launch.
I would have like to actually been able to see the LRO/LCROSS rocket making its way out of the earth’s atmosphere. NASA is hoping to gather more information about the moon than ever before with this mission.
