It is very simple. There is technology known to the biotechnologist, called micro array technology.

The basic principle of this technology is to detect hundreds and thousands of gene expression on a single glass plate. This technique utilizes the complementarity property of the DNA. DNA form complementary base pairs, namely A-T and G-C.

Now, as shown in diagram, we take the RNA of the person when he meets his friend and call it as control RNA. Then we take the RNA of person after he meets our test person and name this RNA as experimental RNA. Now, both these RNA are converted to complementary DNA which is called as c-DNA. They are fluorescently labeled. After labeling, these c-DNA are then hybridized on the glass slide containing the single strand of all the genes of the human being. After hybridization the fluorescent spots are detected using a detector and analyzed.

Now, if the experimental person is his friend then the number and location of the fluorescent spots obtained would be identical to the location and number of fluorescent spots of the control. Else, dissimilarity is observed which is shown in diagram.

So, in this way using micro array technology a biotechnologist can find out whether the person whom you are meeting is your friend or foe. Hence you will be saved from all kinds of back-stabbing.
