Solar Power

Solar power is a way to save other forms of energy in the universe. Sun is the main source of the solar power in this universe.

Solar power generates a lot of heat and energy that can be used to a number of purposes in our daily life. Solar energy acts as a source of batteries, chargers and also for homely purposes like cooking and heating the homes of people. Solar energy requires the sun and this energy can only be found or made use of during the mornings only.

Solar panels present in home are used to capture the suns rays and convert it for domestic use. It is used for heating homes and also for cooking .It saves gas and also does not pollute the environment. It is a low cost method and many families in India and abroad are using this natural resource provided by mother earth for their daily requirement.

Solar power for our homes can be used as an alternative and cheap form of energy resource. It is used to generate heat, light and cook food in homes. Solar energy helps to warm water for bathing and other purposes

Windmills using the power of the wind are another form of cheap and natural resource.  It is used for grinding purposes mainly. The wind power helps to rotate the fans of the windmills and thus it generates a form of energy. This energy is sometimes used to pump water and provide it to the different acres of land used for cultivation purpose. Wind power for home is used to grind flour and wheat in a smaller scale.

Solar power is captured with the help of solar panels and stored for use during the night times when the sun is not present. It is a very cheap way to utilize a lot of energy. The panels are made of mirror like glasses that capture the suns rays and convert that into solar energy and store it in batteries for further use. It is a very low cost device and can be made at homes.

Wind power generates a lot of energy that can be used in some domestic purpose. It is mainly used to water the cultivation lands and to grind flour and wheat. It is a cheap and easy method for utilizing and harnessing the natural resource . And thus we can utilize and harness the energies of the natural resources at a very low cost.

Solar energy can be quite useful with the correct engineering. Having attempted its use, I will say that it is a little trickier and takes more work than your standard electricity. Passive solar collectors used for heat have to be carefully placed and need some means of closing them off after the sun is no longer shining on them. Can’t really comment on windmills–I haven’t tried that.
