Raw Breakfast Cereal

I am all about protein rich foods for breakfast in particular, get the day off to the solid start and the whole day becomes easier.

8 c of rolled oats

1 c chopped almonds

1 c raw sunflower seeds

1 c oil

1 c honey

Mix dry ingredients together, then add oil and honey. Stir until cereal

is evenly coated. No need to bake. Keep in tightly covered container.
