HOW to Reduce Salt in Food Using a Potato

A solution to the reduction of salt in very salty meals.

At times when we are in the kitchen preparing food we accidentally put too much salt and as a result the food turns out not to be edible.

When this happens one doesn’t have to worry as there is a solution to all this.

When you put too much salt in food and mostly stew, all you have to do is to peel a full potato and put in the stew. The potato will absorb the salt.

Once you are done with the cooking you will realize that the salt was reduced to a good point and when you taste the potato it will be very salty.
