Computational Fluid Dynamics
CFD in its way to great success in simulation.
An ejector is a device that uses a high- pressure fluid to pump a low-pressure fluid to a higher pressure at a diffuser outlet. In a ejector system, refrigeration is obtained by self-cooling of water. This is possible because the latent heat of vaporization of water is high compared to its specific heat (530 kg of water can be cooled by 1.c by the evaporation of only 1kg of itself).
This system is well suited for refrigeration in dairy plant, where the milk must be maintained at around 4.c. At present, vapour compression system is used, involving compressor, condenser, making the setup bulkier. Thus ejector technology is good option for refrigeration in dairy plant, due to their low cost and absence of moving parts.
