Are We Heading Towards End Faster Than We Should?

Can we stop the disaster?

I know one cannot find against natural calamities after a certain point. One can only keep some alternate arrangements to fight against them but cannot go totally on defensive after a certain limit. Not every one can stop glaciers from melting or mountains from sliding and making rivers soiled. However, there are ways that such things can possibly stop but the powers that we are not doing that in their own interest.I am afraid the situation is different for me as I am living in an area that is supposed to be the earthquake prone area and is facing the same regularly although of low intensity. The experts have forecast a big Earthquake soon in this area, that would be fatal as one of the biggest dams that almost situated in this area, and if that bursts one day suddenly, all of the place that comes under north India will be under water within hours.We are under a constant threat of earth quake and due to very fast industrial area conversion and dams and what not including buildings, roads, have given this area an entire new shape and the day is not far off when every thing will go under the feet and we shall be looking to have rebirth in a new country.I know on can not go against the nature but like they do in many countries, for instance in Japan where they always remain on alert and even keep so many other precautions to fight against such problems like construction etc.
