Theory: Scientists Discover Levitation of Tiny Objects

Using Quantum Physics (mechanics), scientists recently discovered a theory of how to levitate tiny objects. They seem to be excited about using it for nanotechnology machines.

They have detected and measured a force using combinations of molecules which repel each other at the molecular level.

Repulsion is used to hold molecules in air, levitating them, thus making friction free parts for devices according to research team.

Federico Capasso is the applied physicist at Harvard whose study this is based on in the Journal of Nature. He believes finding this force opens up new possibilities in Nano science.

The reduction of friction which stops motion contributing to wear down will improve machinery at the microscopic and molecular level.

Medicine and other fields may find exciting breakthroughs with this field of nanotech.

Its about quantum mechanics and nature’s smallest particles.

Tiny machines could help surgery, manufacturing food and fuel at the same time boosting computer speed using this technology. The world could use this and it will be humanitarian to a world that could use it.

Mr. Capasso worked at Bell Labs as a vice president of physical research. He was inspired to apply these principles.

He and researchers have involved nanomechanics and micromechanics.

He was aware of the Casmir force (attraction force with two tiny metallic surfaces making close contact) and thought up by the Russians who predict that with the right materials combined it can be reversed.

This is called in science Stiction or moving parts sticking together.

Capasso and his team use an experiment, a gold-coated sphere in liquid then measure the force as the sphere is first attracted to a metal plate, next repelling a plate made of silica.

One wonders could levitation be next?

What’s funny is quantum mechanics/physics contradicts relativity, yet they’re both somehow “correct”. Makes you wonder huh? Oh wait—YOU know what I know ;)

Like I said Im an amateur but Ive heard comments about Einstein that there is unity to the universe. Maybe the “correct” is parallel unity in Math I dont know. (Mathamatical unity and infinity.)
Unity in the universe and unity when your playing with the actual “tiny” molecules everywhere.
Im terrible at math but I understand its logic. I like Science in a natural understanding not so much technical because it makes perfect sense to the workings of the Universe. Make any sense?
Also not everything of substance in the Universe really moves in anyone direction some go in difference clockwise and counterclockwise and different directions (comets, astroids etc.) It all has Math.

Wow cool. They are also using waves that match the earth resonance which is 7.8 hz. They have been able to levitate by bombarding an oject with waves at that frequency.

    Thanks Bren.
Makes a lot of sense using waves they must have some kind of energy frequency which can be used to move an object. Makes sense. I bet Tesla would love this stuf if he were alive today.
Thank you everyone. Will be watching for all of your creations.
