Anti-rape Technology Two

In my previous article “Rape Prevention technology”, I have discussed about the role a biotechnologist can play in preventing Rape. Although, it is more perfect approach as it intends to nip the evil in its bud, the problem is the time taken for such a concept to become a reality. In the meantime, an alternative is needed. So, the question is what will be the alternative for this technology.

One of the alternatives is to develop some kind of gadgets which prevent the rapist to rape the person. This is where mechanical engineer will be of help. Generally, they are the bunch of engineers who mainly study about machines, so they will be the most helpful lot for this purpose. The gadget should be such that it should attack the rapist in such a way that makes withhold the rapist to commit such a crime. One such technology is mentioned in the article “Rape-axe –anti-rape Condom– Weapon Against Rapist”, which talks about a mechanical condom implanted into the vagina of the female, which injures the penis of the rapist. Similar technologies can be developed to prevent the abuse of the women from the hands of the rapists.
