Aromaticity: Huckel’s Rule and Nomenclature

Aromaticity are of great importance to the scientific community because of their special stability and reactivity due to their delocalized pi system. This makes identifying Aromaticity a very important thing to know.

Huckel’s Rule is used to predict aromaticity and has three main parts.

There are two main ways of naming Aromatic rings. One is the IUPAC method and the other is known as the archaic method.
