Surely the tide has power but we decide its effect when it hits our shore. We prepare for it not just allow it to happen.
The things that you do when you first wake up in the morning set the tone for your whole day. Even under miserable circumstances, you can find a reason to smile to greet the day. This simple, free action can have therapeutic power for you and even help you overcome problems that are making you miserable.
The summer days are coming to an end for yet another year. Still time to enjoy the vacations and family but are we taking time to look and enjoy.
Yesterday we had you take your top 10 goals and align them for time bound deadlines, make them real, make them attainable and make them specific. Today we take it further.
When in the goal process it does always help to maintain a reflective attitude even when we are just looking back at our setbacks. We will always be ready for the step forward in the next part of our process.
