Ever wondered what the fastest animals in the world are?

As a child I was always fascinated by dinosaurs, I had even considered going into Paleontology, except my in ability to deal with heat conflicted with my desire to dig for bones in the Gobi Desert. Although I thought all dinosaurs were “cool” I thought it interesting how many mistakes had been made along the route of discovery. This mistake is about Iguanodon.

Sending visual signals to the brain, eyes are specialized organs that allow light to enter and relayed as electrical signals which the brain perceives and interprets as visual. Some 96% of all animals have a complex ocular system, and other creatures can at least detect light or dark input as well. Eyes are not unique to just a few species but their variations are many, and often stunningly beautiful.

Sometimes confused as being either a Chameleon or Gecko, the Green Anole is neither. It is a small reptile native to America and found mostly in the southeastern states, and throughout the world. Other local populations of Anoles in the U.S. are either escaped pets, intentional transplants or (more likely) have hatched from soil brought in regionally from abroad for landscaping and horticultural workings. Imported plants & bushes with their roots bound in burlap sackcloth may have contained Anole eggs which subsequently hatched and seeded the indigenous population, now flourishing entirely on its own.
