Introduction to Circuits
Learn a bit about circuits – wonderful things that help us do many things in the world.

1. What is a circuit?
A circuit is a never-ending looped pathway for electrons. If we take a wire, or many wires joined end-to-end, and loop it around so that it forms a continuous pathway, we have the means to support a uniform flow of electrons without having to resort to infinite sources and destinations
2. How does it work? An electric circuit needs two things to work:
1. A power source
2. To be complete This means that the wires connecting all the objects (switches, light-bulbs, buzzers, etc.) must start and end at the power source. Because of this, batteries have a top and bottom (+ and -) so they can carry the charge (the current) all the way around.
