I, Sir Isaac Newton, am a philosopher of my time.  I think in ways no other thinks to come up with ideas in science investigation to lead myself and others to greater knowledge of the Creator of the universe.  I have discovered and unlocked pieces of the universe that will help unlock more in the future.  “This most beautiful system of the sun, planets, and comets, could only proceed from the counsel and dominion of an intelligent Being. … This Being governs all things, not as the soul of the world, but as Lord over all; and on account of his dominion he is wont to be called “Lord God”… or “Universal Ruler.” … The Supreme God is a Being eternal, infinite, absolutely perfect.”  (Focused on Gravity Lamont).  I am very strong in the belief of a Universal Ruler or God, and I love to watch the hands of God at work.  I have many beliefs and several ideas on reforming individual human beings and on outdated human institutions and belief systems.

    One of my major ideas is the way scientific discoveries are being largely ignored.  I have come up with the scientific method, which is where scientist like me can create an experiment or experiments that can be reproduced by another scientist.  The scientific method is made up of several steps that explain where the scientist began and includes all data and variables in the test.  I did not understand why people believed the ideas that the ancient Greek scholars came up with without hardly any testing.  I believe that all ideas need proof and that ideas without proof or even theoretical proof are lost causes.  Hence, ideas in science are to be tested and only to be accepted if the use of the ideas can be reproduced and demonstrated.

    Another major idea that I have is the theory of gravity.  You are all afraid of what you cannot yet understand, however I go and find out what it is.  I developed the theory of universal gravitation by using what is known as the inverse square law.  I developed three laws of movement where these laws applied both to the heavens and here on earth.  Many scientist said that an inverse square law might be applied to produce the elliptical orbits observed by Kepler, however I was the one who succeeded.  I give all my credit to my faith.  The bad thing about my idea was that there was no possible way for me to show proof of my theories and laws.  Thus, my theory of gravity is the work of the Universal Ruler, and none should be afraid of his work but embrace it and learn more of his universe.

    I am sorry if I am the cause that you all to have to take math where you have to deal with polynomials, but I had to come up with a mathematics way to calculate the area inside a shape with curved sides.  However I also found a way to calculate the rate of change of one mass with another.  Then when it comes to light and optics, I used prisms to show that sunlight is made of all the colors of the rainbow, thus probing the ancient Greeks’ ideas wrong.  Even though I wasn’t the first to think of using a curved mirror instead of a lens, I was the first to successfully produce a telescope using this principle.  In addition, with this new, more complex version of a telescope, astronomy can now be greater studied from here on earth.  Therefore,  my ideas in mathematics will greatly impact the future and its learning of knowledge.

    Like I said before, I give all my credit to the Universal Ruler who has created marvels in his universe where we are to learn, explore and grow.  Science is not trying to contradict the divine power of God, but is trying to help us understand the world that God has created.  In conclusion, my ideas are based on reforming individual human beings and on outdated human institutions and belief systems.
