This is a review about an article that explains our future and past about microscopes.

1. The Web address of the article is: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/09/090916092540.htm
2. The article was posted: Sept 24 2009
3. The main subject of the article is the news technology in scientific microscopes and the news things we can do today with what we have.
4. It connect to what we are doing in class, because right now we are covering microscopes, and what they do.
5. this could have an impact on me cause now I know what scientific microscopes have done for me and how the work.
6. The article explains that technology has increased, and that we now have more of an opportunity to study with microscopes. it also explains that we are able to do things like, three-dimensionally map molecules. it also states that with new Atomic force microscopes, we are able to see a resolution beyond the nanoscale. Christine Baumgart now discovered what exactly is measured by Kelvin probe force microscopy. It is the electric potential which is needed to move electrons or holes from the inside to the surface of a semiconductor. Her new findings will simplify the microscopic technique. People now explain that we are lucky to have such scientific microscope technology. New findings will increase our knowledge on microscopes, and microscopic items.
