Franklin and The Hero

There were two good friends: Franklin and Snail. Franklin is a little turtle, and Snail is a little snail. Franklin was still learning how to read and his favorite books were about Dynaroo, a kangooroo superhero. Franklin learnt from the books that Dynaroo could pull out a Koala from a quicksand with only one mighty tug. 

Franklin told the story to Snail, who also would like to be Dynaroo. Both Franklin and Snail would like to be superhero, save the world and keep the peace in the universe. Franklin would like to be as strong as Dynaroo, who was able to lift a truck. While Snail would like to be as fast as Dynaroo, Snail would like to run as fast as Dynaroo, even faster than a speeding train.

They played role outside. They pretended to be superhero, saving their snow fort from snow monster attacking the snow fort over and over again. In the middle of the game, Franklin’s mother called them and told them a good news: Dynaroo would came autographing her new book at Mr. Heron’s bookstore. Listening the good news, Franklin and Snail were excited. They could hardly sleep well that night. They were enthusiastic to meet Dynaroo.

The next morning, they went to the bookstore. Before reaching the bookstore, Franklin and Snail met Mrs. Muskrat searching something under the snow. She was looking for her house key. She could not get inside without it. Franklin and Snail decided to help Mrs. Muskrat to look for the key. They tried and tried for hours, but they found nothing. Finally, Franklin rolled a huge snowball to the kitchen window and Snail crawled through the window, turned of the handle. Mrs. Muskrat was really thankful to them. She would prepare hot chocolate and cake for both of them. Franklin and Snail were doubt. They told Mrs. Muskrat that they intended  to meet Dynaroo in Mr. Heron’s bookstore. Mrs. Muskrat let them go.

They rushed into the bookstore. No one was there. They were too late. They were sad. 

While Franklin and Snail turned of, Mr. Heron called them. Dynaroo was beside him. Mr. Heron told them that Mrs. Muskrat phoned him and told him the whole story.

Franklin and Snail were happy that finally they met Dynaroo. 

In the of the story, Dynaroo gave each of the her new book.
