Based on solid proof from our beloved scientist community, it is no more beliefs but facts that we evolved from a kind of ape. Evolution is no longer a theory but actuality, it keeps on going. What is evolution? it is the action of adapting,or changing to survive in the current environment.

When the first ape began to stand on his 2 hind legs to reach out for higher fruit or for what ever reason it is, it started a journey for the species. From that day on that particular variety or apes became more intelligent and more mobile, than its relatives. Back in that age what resembled as the first form of human was vulnerable to the predators of that era, because they had left the trees and set out to conquer the land. They quickly found out that safety is in numbers. If we fast forward  a bit we find that they grew larger brains from eating meat that they hunted with their primitive tools. Ever since they got stronger-smarter to the point that they created a variety of languages. Fast forward again and now were in the modern times were civilization is how we live. We now stand on top of the food chain, until zombies attack(sarcasm).

Evolution took a dramatic turn when one species, the humans, were actually able to tell the story, it is fascinating that nature after so many years of playing around with different organisms,shapes and colors was able to tell its tale.

95% of all species that ever walked,flied,swam on the earth are extinct.
So human extinction is most likely inevitable, however we cant be sure yet because no species matches our intelligence. There is the problem no species on earth had the brain power to created deadly weapons,residual wastes,pollution. We will most likely cause our own extinction. This leads to my next point.

Mars was once habitable ages ago,traces of water was found so that planet could have supported life. If there were possibly humans or another kind of intelligent life form on mars before, maybe they have caused the planet to be too harsh to hold life, that would explain the mysterious human face on mars. As mars is further than earth from the sun it couldn’t have over heated due to the sun, but yet the planet looks incinerated. Maybe the species that lived there ruined their planet, or some disaster hit mars. This states that intelligence may have a bad side,  just look at all the living things in the animal kingdom they are no way as smart as us but yet they live  in balance together, with out harming the planet. We however are intelligent and we still manage to make species go extinct and we are killing the planet, even worse we kill each other.

Here are a few factors that could bring us to the brink if not the extinction of humanity:

Pollution

Human rebellion, with a few people trying to control everyone else with laws and enforcements, some laws go too far and are making allot of people furious.

Natural disasters

Using up all primary resources due to overpopulation.

If we go extinct the earth will probably be better off, it will heal back as it did in the past, making more opportunities for evolution of new species to take place. We are constantly disrupting the environment at a rate that it cannot keep up with our needs, we will one day fall due to our own mistakes.
