Ducks at War

Nature is a wonderful thing. We never know what any animal is saying. But it seems that ducks have a wonderful way of fascinating us. 

During a recent holiday close to a stream running through the campsite, there were around a hundred ducks. Some were very young and others were older. It was fascinating listening to them quacking away. Some of them had war between words. There were even duck races. It was amazing to see.

The next time you have stale bread lying around, take a trip to the local pond, or river and give it to them. You certainly won’t be disappointed, as they show their appreciation with a quack.
