Why Do Students Find Mathematics Difficult?

Mathematics is definitely the easiest subject course. The main reason is very simple - mathematics problem has a definite answer. For example, one plus one is equal to two or in number 1+1=2. This case is a representation that mathematics is just a simple logic. There is one definite answer, one. However, there are many solutions or ways of presentations as to why one has the answer one. Another reason is that it is the simplest subject course because there is a formula. Hence, there can be an exact answer.

Mathematical problems need not to be seen closely or to be read silently. They must be solved operationally and logically. They have to be analyzed in order to get the pattern or strategy to solve those equations. For example, solving 2x-3=13 is a great idea. It is very simple. At first, I am going to add 2x-3 plus 3, and I also add 3 to the number 13 on the other side of the equation. The result will be this, but I remember that I am going to solve for x. In here, the unknown entity is x. Now, I am going to solve for x. The given is 2x-3=13. This time [2x-3 +3 =13+3] has to be calculated. The answer is 2x =16, right?. Then, I am going to do it this way. There, [2x/2] = [16/2] will be equated based on the concept of solving it. Thus, the answer is x=8. The value of x is 8, and it is very simple.

Mathematics course is like any other subject. It has nothing to feel fear. The way to solve problems can be learnt through constant practice to the solve the equations. One has to solve manually, and he or she must not only stare at the problem items, but he or she has to operationally solve it. Solve. Solve, Solve. The reason why students find math difficult is an ordinary thing - that idea is personal and that is only in the mind.
