Universal Law

This Article is about Universal Law.

Universal Law is the Law of Logic.    Universal Law which is The Law of Logic prohibits sophistry.    You see, Logic is defined as that which is not illogical (that which is not not logical).  That which is illogical is defined as that which involves a logical contradiction, such as attempting to assert, for example, that you could have an Apple and no Apple in your left hand at the same time and in the same place.   Another example of a logical contradiction is the attempt ot assert that you can have  A  and not A in the same argument, statement, article, book, paper, memorandum or brief.   Any attempt to assert that you can have some object or subject and its opposite existing at the same time and in the same place is an illegal fraud or sophistry.   Common forms of sophistry which are illegal include:  a.  fallacy of shifting ground;  b.  fallacy of hypocrisy;  c. the inductive fallacy;   d.   the fallacy of lying;  e.  the factual fallacy;  f. the fallacy of assumng facts not in evidence;  etc.

Since concrete logic proves that it is impossible in every instance to have A and not A at the same time and in the same place,  the Law of Logic, that is Universal Law is universally valid, and thus can be enforced as the common law, international law, space law, interplanetary law, etc.   Universal Law is enforceable under both the American and the Soviet Constitutions as Sheriff’s Law.
