The Se7en digit flush code-DEBUNKED
The se7en digit flush code is a nifty little encryption method created by Lord Infestation. The methodology behind it is fairly simple.
Proper Strings
3337218: This is an example of a proper string. The way you use this code, as described by Lord
Infestation, is:
1. Add the first 3 digits of the string together (3+3+3=9)
2. Add the 5th and 6th string together (7+2=9)
3. In a proper string the sum of the first three numbers (3,3,3) and the the sum on the 5th
and 6th number (7,2), once added together (9+9) should equal the last two numbers of the string
(9+9=18).
The full equation:
[3+3+3=9, 7+2=9, 9+9=18]
The final number, in this case 18, would represent the corresponding letter of the alphabet. The 18th letter of the alphabet is R.
Improper Strings
3337318: This is an example of an improper string. It’s basically the same concept as propers but with a minor twist. To decipher this you would follow the same formula. Add the first three numbers (3+3+3=9). Now add the fifth and the sixth (7+3=10). This is where the aforementioned twist lies. 9+10=19, not 18, which is the final number. All you do here is subtract the difference which in this case is one. 18-1=17. This will give you the actual final number of 17. 17=Q.
There is only two flaws in this code, the first one being that it has the potential to take what will seem like decades to encipher lengthier texts. The math involved is fairly simple, yet it would be extremely time consuming to encipher even a small paragraph considering that each string only accounts for a single letter.
The second flaw is that it provides no real security. The code, at a glance, is very unintelligible but to a trained eye it is very easily cracked. With a quick analysis it wouldn’t take an expert cracker more than a few minutes to see what’s going on here mathematically. After figuring out the mathematics it’s all guess work as far as what the last letter represents and a trained cryptologists first guess is always the plain text alphabet which is exactly what this number represents. Thus, in just a short wile all your secrets (at least what you thought were secrets) come pouring off the page.
-The Solution-
In theory, the se7en flush code is exceptional. If you have a short text being sent with little to no chance of interception then this is the code for you. IF you have something of high value and importance being sent with an increased chance of interception you may want to make a few adjustments.
The problem with the se7en flush is that the mathmatics are very easily caught on to in most cases. Take the first example in this article (3337218). It’s very simple to catch on that the first five digits equal the last two in a proper string. They will then realize that some add properly and some don’t, distinguishing that there are two kinds strings. The first thing one would attempt is applying the plain text alphabet to represent the last number of the one’s that add evenly (the propers). After piecing together a few small words and quite possibly phrases they will realize their formula is correct moving on to the improper strings. It won’t be to long after that, that they realize the simple subtraction and complete the improper strings.
To create a truly uncrackable code using this method you must make just a few minor adjustments.

1. Take the first two numbers and add them. (3+3=6)
2. Multimply the sum by the third. (6×3=18)
3. Add the sum with the next two numbers (18+7+2=27)
Now obviously if it matches the last number it’s proper but if it doesn’t it’s improper. Where this varies now is that instead of subtracting the difference in an improper, you would subtract the whole numbers.(27-18=9) Now this probably doesn’t look much different, but by throwing in a key text instead of just the plain text alphabet you completely change the game.
The addition of the multiplication step into the formula makes it a little harder to catch onto here. Now to copletely level the field throw in a key text using the numbers 00-99. This will make the numbers range a lot differently in the string as it lets them equal up to 99 as opposed to just 26, making it a lot less likely that someone will figure the formula just with a simple analysis. the inconcitency of the range of numvers makes it a lot more unintelligible at a glance, making the mathmatics a lot harder to distinguish.

In the key text 51 could be any of 26 numbers. Breaking this method down to permutations shows you the chance of this method being cracked. 26 letters spread out through 00-99. This gives you 100 possibilities for the first letter, 99 for the second, 98 for the third, 97 for the fourth and so on. To figure out the permutations you would multiply these numbers.
100×99x98×97x96×95…x76×75x74(there are only 26 numbers. 100-26=74. The multiplication string stops at 74)
The answer to this equation looks something like this: 20877808693640011347426502506203
If you succesfully figure out the mathmatical formula of a standard se7en flush code the odds of cracking the cipher is 1 in 1. If you by some freak occurence figure the mathmatical equation of the Sinister Se7en Code the odds of cracking the entire cipher are 1 in 20877808693640011347426502506203.
