Rifampicin, streptomycin and ethambutol have no common side effects.
Common side effects in streptomycin and rifampicin are:

- Ataxia
- Dizziness or Giddiness
Common side effects in streptomycin and pyrizinamide are:

- Nausea
Common side effects in streptomycin and ethambutol are:
- Nausea
- Eosinophilia
- Affect eyes
Common side effects in pyrizinamide and rifampicin are:
- Skin rashes
- Affects liver
Rifampicin and ethambutol share no common side effects.
Common side effects in pyrizinamide and ethambutol are:
- Nausea
- Anorexia
