Sunshine
Since our body can directly absorb vitamin D, fat-soluble vitamin from sunshine.
Sun plays a very crucial role in determining the weather of an area. The heat of the sun warms the surface of the earth near the equator. As a result, the air of the surrounding region also gets heated up. The hot air being lighter, rises up and cooler air from the poles moves in to fill the space. This process results in stirring up winds.
Moisture and humidity also depends on sunshine. Heat from the sun evaporates the water from the seas which results in cloud formation. When the clouds cool down, their moisture falls as rain.

Moisture and humidty of an area are determined by the amount of sunshine. The entire climate depends on the sunshine in the area.
