Heavy rainfall for 2 days saturated the soil then turning a portion of Luzon into a sea like scenario. Many Filipinos endure the calamity and still wait for aid and rescue.

Pet Dogs were put into rooftop for safety 

Some areas are difficult for rescue since water are really strong ang high 

Local weather agency says that bad weather will still be up to Saturday. 

Evacuation centers are at full capacity and fear of spreading sickness is very high due congestion.  Rehabilitation might take a long toll.

To my fellow Filipinos feel free to donate your extra clothing and other necessary things to local agencies that will bring these aid to the victims.  Let us pray for their safety.
