Tyrannosaurous "Sue"

Give something that big and old a cute name like Sue. To see her though is to love her………….

Description: English: in Chicago, Illinois, USA.{I cellspacing=

Actually Sue was named after her founder since she is only believed to be female. When her display opened at the Field Museum in May 2000, it had to be the most beautiful and appropriate build up of an Exhibit ever!  I saw it Via Television, called in late for work so that I could see all this drama.  In case you didn’t know, Sue is the most well preserved Tyrannosaurus Rex ever.  They unveiled her from a beautiful red covering  to beautiful Classical music.  And she  now is exhibited!

“Sue” from Wikipedia

The Field Museum of Natural History sits on our Lakefront at about 14th or 18th street going South.  It’s the place where our Teachers took us to study how fabrics and cloths were done back in the real day, with regards to our Textiles class.  It is such an interesting and fascinating place to be because to see these old bones of Pre-Historic existences, not to mention so many Artifacts and even Mummy’s from Egypt, is almost overwhelming and connects our spirits to new wonders of old and the presence of much higher Powers!

Sue could have been hot stuff in her day, we don’t know what this form of Dinosaur’s appeal was, but she is certainly a well-preserved and most intact one of her species ever found.  She deserved the drama because there’s nothing better than Natural Phenomena.  All the fiction in the world cannot compare!

Thanks for reading, all. I’m going to get back to Sue this summer, here in Chicago. Nothing was as beautiful as this one!
