What Is the True Effect of Global Warming?
Even though, the number of scientists and scholars who believe the truth about global warming, has increased, yet there are still skeptics who tried to explain the other side of the coin. Since, we are a free country, differences in ideas always happen.
How true is global warming? Even though, the number of scientists and scholars who believe the truth about global warming, has increased, yet there are still skeptics who tried to explain the other side of the coin. Since, we are a free country, differences in ideas always happen. And according to conflict theories, these differences would often or not yield best results in the arena of politics, society, economics etc. Maybe, this is high time to read other views about global warming aside from the pro-environment concerns.

Skeptics said that there is no such thing as global warming and maybe this term is only coined to create hysteria in the society thus urging the people and the government to promote green products, hybrid cars and other alternative sources of energy and discard the old ways of using fossil fuels in our factories and establishments. Skeptics like S. Fred Singer strongly emphasized the role of natural solar and climate cycles. He observed that there are records in history that mankind has experience years that can be compared with the Ice Age. And if it is predicted that one day, another Ice Age will happen in Manhattan or New York because they are one of the places which emit the most number of greenhouse gases, it is false. The greenhouse gases and the so-called man’s contributions to the destruction of the environment are not true either. Singer believed that pollution is can only be considered a very minute reason compared with the cycles of nature.
Further, Singer said that unfortunately, we are born in such time when the sun gives off more heat than yesteryears. Our extraordinary rise in temperature therefore, is not caused by the clogging of greenhouse gases in the environment atmosphere but with the natural effect of the solar cycles.
However, with the two schools among skeptics and pro-environment, the public believed more on the evidences presented with the pro-environment scientists. There can also be no denying that the cutting down of trees, improper garbage disposal and incineration has also contributed to damages in the environment.
