Tropical Storm Debby

A very disorganized Tropical Storm Debby continues to struggle with hostile wind-shear in the east-central Gulf of Mexico.. From 12:37 p.m. Tropical storm Debby, which formed Saturday afternoon in the eastern Gulf of Mexico, is giving forecasters fits about its future course as it drifts northeast at 6 mph  The last advisory on Debby had the cyclone stationary, and this will allow additional bands of heavy weather to affect the west Florida coastal counties.

Countless numbers of people are constantly dealing with the effect of storm damage.  Debby already has dumped heavy rain on parts of Florida and spawned some isolated tornadoes, causing damage to homes and knocking down power lines.
