Taking No Notice

How many other writers on this site are feeling as aggrieved as I am about the shoddy way that the Admin team are treating us all, ignoring every complaint and never answering our queries?

Another writer asked today if triond were paying attention, in terms of Udi Oz and the others actually bothering to address the concerns that contributors have, and the answer appears to be a resounding no, because despite several posts to get some answer to my own conundrum, I am still completely in the dark.

If you add up the following – April 2nd- 1483 – 3rd – 2234 – 4th -1769 – 5th -3237 – 6th -3280 – 7th – 1479 – you get a total of 13,482.   That is the number of views I got registered on my pages between the dates shown, and that figure should have earned me at least $13, but truth e told my earnings for the month so far are a paltry $2.92cents! Does that seem right to any of you out there?

You cannot access the triond admin team anymore, so anybody with a complaint is shouting against a hurricane of indifference, and there are moments when you really do wonder if it is worth even trying. Nothing ever gets said to us anymore, no competitions are run, no incentives offered and the fact that lots of people seem keen to move away can hardly be a surprise.

It seems to many of us that – regardless of how those views are obtained – if they show up on our stats pages then we have a right to expect that they will get paid, so why the hell am I  – and others for all I know, being ignored and mistreated in this cavalier fashion?  You owe us, Admin, an explanation, and it is about time you gave us one.

It is frustrating not getting any feedback from Triond Admin. How does one get a prompt reply from them?

You should go and read section 13 of Triond’s Terms Of Service about fradulent use. In one of your earlier ‘articles’ you mentioned that you had submitted one of your url’s to a site that guaranteed you thousands of views for a fee. Guess what, that is against Triond’s Terms Of Service and as such you shouldn’t earn any money for those views – in fact if Triond catch up with you they will likely ban you for breaking their TOS’s.

As for contacting the ‘admin’ have you tried actually using the proper place? getsatisfaction.com/triond

Gone are those days when Triond paid $1 per thousand views. $0.25 per thousand views is today’s earning rate. Expect it only to go down further as the world economy recedes.

Well, I feel for everyone here. I really do. I have tried to get a response for a question I had and I got an email stating that I should not post a question to an answer that was given over 3 years ago. What about currently? But I come here to Triond because of MatesGate. I earn credits there from posting articles or blogs here. Although it would be nice to earn here as well.

When I have a question or concern with Triond, I contact the “get satisfaction” site and I always get responses. I do not believe they will answer your questions or complaints through the articles that are being posted on the Triond Site.

I can see where your complaint seems justified. Airing your frustration may be a way for you to gain some relief. I also don’t believe Triond will respond to your posting of articles. I a saying that might be applicable here is one my children repeat often “you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit”
