Lessons for Life From Water!
Water is the elixir of life and while we drink and satiate our thirst, it is good to note a few lessons in the process.
Flexible, but Level Headed:
The water is so flexible that it would take the shape of the container that holds it. However, one has to note that regardless of the shape and size of the container, the top level of the water is always horizontal. Similarly, while it is necessary to be flexible in life, one must never compromise on the ethics and values that they follow!
Flowing:
Water is one of the best examples to show us that everything shall pass. Even the water that seems to be stagnant in one place, it is always on the move to vaporize on a hot day and to crystallize to ice on a cool day. Therefore, water teaches dynamics of life to every person who wants to oppose change!
Go with the Flow:
The water only determines to flow, but the direction and the speed in which it would travel depends on the landscape it in traversing on. Similarly, when one decides to move in their lives, there would be lots of external constraints that affect their movement, but it is how one takes that makes them a grand success or a loser in their own perception!
Go Places:
Water would go to various places. The water vapour, which is still water would go to the skies and come back to earth, while the ice would float on the surface of the waters or even cover the land. Likewise, humans should also learn to go places to learn many new things.
Adopt:
The water tends to adopt the shape of its container and similarly we need to adopt the conditions that life throws at us to be surviving successfully.
Adapt:
The flowing or the stagnant water does not complain of the various soils that may absorb them or the different salts and minerals that dissolve in them. They just adapt and live together. Similar situations in human societies where they adapt to the conditions and accept the importance of other creatures would also enhance quality of life. One would then learn to treat everyone equally.
Situational:
Based on the situation, water could change its state of existence, as gas, solid or liquid. Similarly, those who realize their situations and mitigate the problems would lead happy lives, which is possible through the art of acceptance.
Simulated, not Spoilt:
The appearance of water may differ based on the conditions, but their fundamental qualities would not change. Similarly, it is necessary that regardless of the condition, real or simulated, one should never lose their true colours or values!
Pure Life, Purify Life:
Regardless of the impurities it carries, water can be purified easily. Moreover, this is one of the best cleansing agents used by various living creatures. Similarly, one has to understand the soul is always pure and one can adapt to clean living if they choose to do so.
Pump Life:
Last but not the least, water is essential to pump in life into others. One should be effervescent enough to generate lots of positive energies to motivate themselves as well as radiate the joy to others around them as well.
Take a closer look at water and one can find out lots of such useful lessons for their lives.
