Iceland Eyjafjallajokull More Evacuations Due to Flooding

Iceland’s troubles are getting worse as extreme flooding in the Eyjafjallajokull area sends residents fleeing.

Residents of the Eyjafjallajokull area have been emergency evacuated now due to extreme and rapid flooding. Residents have been told to seek higher ground right away as flooding has caused a quick moving wave of water. Reports stating that there are iceberg fragments mixed in the flood water causing a dangerous situation. Locals reporting that a main bridge has been inundated by this wave but it is still currently standing. Considerable damage is expected from this flooding.
