Ingredients

• Sodium Acetate (this can be bough online)
• A pan
• Some water

Method

1. Put the Sodium Acetate into almost boiling water until no more dissolves. (stir constantly)
2. When it is dissolved, put it into a container or glass, and put it in the fridge to cool.
3. Keep the leftover chemical in the pan.
4. Pour the cooled water/sodium acetate into a tray
5. All that is left to do now is touch it!
6. It should now be instant ice from the exothermic reaction! (That means it gets warm.)
7. Now, show it to your friends. As a precaution, please do not eat it, as it is very toxic.
