CONCEPTS OF CHEMICAL

Nomenclature

Chemical nomenclature refers to the system of naming chemical compounds . Has created a system of naming chemical species are well defined. Organic compounds are named according to the system oforganic nomenclature . Inorganic compounds are named according to the system inorganic nomenclature .

Atom

Atom is a collection of matter consisting of a core of positive charge, which usually contain protons andneutrons , and electrons surrounding a positively charged nucleus is offset. Atom is also the smallest unit that can be described from the elements and still retain its nature, is formed of dense core and surrounded by a positively charged electron system.

Element

Ore uranium

Element is a group of atoms that have the number of protons is equal to the core . This amount is called the atomic number elements. For example, all atoms have 6 protons in the atoms of the core is the chemical element carbon , and all atoms with 92 protons is essentially an atomic element uranium .
