Bill gates has released a patent for a new method of attempting to stop hurricanes. It would basically involve trying to cool the waters in front of the hurricane, in order to weaken it. This should limit the hurricane and potentially save lives. A great idea. Although, one wonders how practical it is to cool the sea down at the correct point. It’s kind of like my idea to dig up the ground around the Faults, and install really big wheels. In theory this would help the plates move more easily with one another, and thus reduce the Earth Quake cost. However, in practical terms, this is a little challenging. Might I also point out my plans to solve global warming using a giant air conditioning system. Or perhaps my plan to save the white Rhino by sticking horns on elephants and hoping that no one notice.
