Terror and Shock: Top 10 Deadliest Animals

Carnivorous animals are a group of meat eating animals. They have powerful jaws and teeth to enable them to eat and kill other animals.

They have a very short and simple digestive system so that the rapid expulsion of putrefactive bacteria from decomposing flesh to avoid poisonous substance stays too long in their bodies. Below are examples of the world’s most ferocious animal ever to attack humans.

North American Black Bear

Though North American Black Bear does not have a head as big as a brown bear, it often comes to attack human. In 1963, when the production of blueberries was bad, the hungry North American Black Bear came out of its habitat and started to attack an innocent human. One man was killed in this attack.

Crocodile

A crocodile is regarded as the world’s most ferocious animal since it always stays near the mouth of the river with its big mouth opened widely while waiting for its prey. It is said that the crocodile kills approximately 2000 people each year. On 19 February, 1945, there was an incident of people being attacked by the crocodile. At that time, the British troop surrounded a Japanese troop successfully. However, some of the injured Japanese armies escaping from the British’s capture retreating to a swamp area near to the Bay of Bengal. One of the British soldiers said the sound of the gunfire and human bloody bodies had attracted hundreds of crocodiles approaching the river bed. In the middle of the night, the British heard a screaming coming from the swamp area. The following morning, the local people discovered some incomplete dead bodies floating above the bloody river.

Giant King Squid

Giant King Squid is categorized as the highest mollusks in the kingdom of the invertebrate. Its eyes resemble a human’s eyes. It has 10 arm-like tentacles and when it stretches out its body its length can extend to as long as 65 feet. People always confuse it with an octopus. Unlike Giant King Squid, the octopus only attacks people when it feels a threat from a human. On 25 March, 1941, the British ship immersed into the Atlantic Ocean. When 10 of the survivors from the ship were about to get caught of one lifeboat, all of a sudden the Giant King Squid emerged to the surface of the ocean. It stretched out its arm-like tentacles to capture two of the survivors’ bodies tightly while triggering them into the bottom of the sea. It was reported that the male Giant King Squid would occasionally eat the female squid after its fertilization.

The picture above is of a spectacled bear, NOT a North American Black Bear. That bear is from South America, many latitudes off.

Rhinos, gorillas, alligators are devastating human predators, right? Wrong! Although an attack by one of these beasts would surely mean bad news, they are less likely to kill a man.

This list is complete crap. Whoever wrote it didn’t do any research at all. As pointed out by many people the female mosquito has killed more humans than any other animal yet it is absent. And black bears are on this list? WTF? They’ve killed about 40 people since 1900 which is astonishingly low considering that their numbers are 100,000+. Grizzlys and polar bears are way more dangerous.
