Small But Extremely Deadly
Some animals in this world are small and colorful but are deadly. They are not fun to be around and could kill you.
Killer bees

They have killed hundreds of people. They stay in groups and sting whoever comes near. They are extremely aggressive; they will attack even if you do not harm them. Killer bees can stay angry for days after a disturbance in their nest. The thing is when a killer bee stings one person it sends off a scent to tell the other bees to sting. It is very smart but dangerous to humans. So if you hear a buzzing don’t go looking!

Poison dart frog

They are from Colombia, a country in South America. There pretty skin is a warning to all animals not to bite them. The Indians used the poison for hunting. This shows how powerful it is. The toxin is on its skin so if you bite it, you will get all the poison in your mouth, and die. Don’t assume something colorful is harmless. It’s actually the other way around in some cases.

Cone shell snail

This creature is extremely colorful but is very dangerous. It has bright colors and attracts creatures then stings and kills. You may think it’s a wonderful beach shell but it’s the opposite. When you reach down to get it has an extendable arm that stings you. It can leave you paralyzed or dead. It is found in Hawaii so if you’re having a vacation their, watch out!

Blue ring octopus
This is a small deadly mollusk that lives in warm, reefs off the coast of many countries. Also has colorful skin to show it’s poisonous. It lives in a den to protect itself from predators. It can squirt black ink into the water or sting you and run. To kill animals it hides reaches out when nearby then grabs you and bites you till you die. Watch for colorful creatures!

Black widow spider

This spider is extremely poisonous and I have had an interaction with one. Thankfully no one got bit, but we were in South Caroline and we pulled out a chair and bang. It was right on the seat making a web. I freaked out and we threw it in the ocean. Enough about me, it has fangs which injects poison into the prey. They have oil on there legs to help not get stuck in their own web. This is hard to believe but they lay from 300-400 eggs. None of them are poisonous but they eat each other for food. The females are much more powerful than the males.
