A fish mask is a rare reward from the Squeal of Fortune(though, for the week following the Fish Flingers rework, it was renamed the Squeal of Neptune).
The Fish Mask goes down in history’s note as being the first trade-able cosmetic item to be added to the Squeal of Fortune (for a limited time).
It requires no stats to wield and doesn’t yield any bonuses either.
As with all tradeable rares, there is a cap of buying 2 masks every 4 hours on the Grand Exchange.
Since the same concept of the Party Hat is being applied to the Fish Mask the projected value of the Fish Mask is high.
Right-clicking the mask and selecting “Bubbles” or by simply clicking (left click) on the mask from the equipment tab allows the player to blow bubbles from the mask for 2 seconds. There is currently a bug that occurs when a player blows bubbles while resting. The bubbles appear above the resting player’s mask—the height at which the emote normally occurs while standing.
Players fishing while wearing this item will be able to talk to fish. They say things like, “That color really suits you ____,” and, “Do you come here often?” adding a fun little bonus for those who discover it.

All right that’s a Fish Mask
so since these babies are hot items on the market, they are really dynamic in price. So to make cash off this simply
1. Put in an offer to buy 2m each overnight
2. when they buy sell for 2.1m on ge or world 1/2 at ge to players.
REAL SIMPLE!
