The Benefits of Papaya Leaves

Papaya fruit has a sweet and savory flavor to be eaten. Papaya also contains lot of vitamins and good for digestive health. In addition to the sweet fruit, papaya leaves also has many benefits as well as traditional medicine.

Papaya  fruit has a sweet and savory flavor to be eaten. Papaya also contains lot of vitamins and good for digestive health. In addition to the sweet fruit, papaya leaves also has many benefits as well as traditional medicine.

Not such the sweet fruit, opposite, papaya leaves have a bitter taste. Behind in the bitter, papaya leaves are beneficial to health, due to the papaya leaves contain several elements such as calcium, phosphorus, vit A, vit C, vit B1, etc.

As traditional medicine, papaya leaves effective to healing dengue fever. To make it, boil five leaves with half liter of water for half hour, then drink the boiled water of papaya leaves while warm.

As a side dish, papaya leaves are also delicious to eat. Usually, papaya leaf is Indonesia’s vegetable recipe. Indonesian people usually cultivate papaya leaves with coconut milk.

For beauty, papaya leaves can be processed to become a face mask and be able to reduce acne.

Papaya trees usually grow in tropical areas, so if you have the papaya plant, you can use it as I have described.

    Missed my papaya juice routine on my childhood… no kidding. I hate the taste, but I drank them anyway for the benefits hahaha Very nice Reiny ^_^
