DNA as we know is use to remove the guess work out of finalizing a crime and providing clear evidence on a persons identity.

The world around us offer many new changes to  our system of managing people when it comes to the human anatomy. DNA has created a new path of evidence to use in the court of law. People as we know have served many years as a prisoner for crimes committed and place on them as the accused.

What are the chances that someone  will make a false DNA detection to identify  a given person. The  forensic  Scientist have develope incredible  method to determine facts for a case. The term “forensic Science” have a population of professionals with backgrounds in the following field of study.Criminalistics, Jurisprudence, Toxicology, Pathology/Biology, Engineering Sciences, Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Physical Anthropology, and Ontology.

With DNA, a procedure is used; one must decide if the two are equal in content  for a conclusion. Numbers of the same count in groups  present collective identifiers for DNA and the genome are taken from other parts of the person body to confirm that you are on track to identified a match on a person. How ever there should be many test taken on the genome for a court to find one guilty as charged.

The new kid on the block has open the doors to the next level of defeat when it comes to DNA. Knowledge will continue to change the way DNA forms the concluding factors for deciding a persons fait in the court of law. Hopefully the right methods are aggressively placed into practise for Justice for all human beings.
