Planktons

A magical trip to tiny creatures.

Planktons are the drifting animals, plants in sea bed, ocean or fresh water. Planktons are responsible for providing major food source for the sea animals including fishes. There are three types of Planktons Zooplankton, Bacterioplankton and Phytoplankton. From the three types let’s talk about Phytoplankton in detail. Phytoplanktons are the oldest of the known planktons and are bacteria and plants (microscopic). Scientists consider that the microorganisms originated around three and half billion years ago and have a tendency to convert sunlight, water, minerals, and warmth into carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids and vitamins. It is also believed that they are responsible for starting life on the face of the earth. They are very vital for the survival of the human race as 90 % of the oxygen in the atmosphere is because of these micro organisms.

These types of planktons also provide strength and energy to sea animals like the whales which are known to live for 80 to 150 years. They are the only reason to provide the longest life on earth to sea animals as well as fishes. They are also very beneficial for the humans. Phytoplanktons are capable of providing all the essential nutrients required for the survival of human beings. As they are capable of producing minerals and nutrients they prove to be very useful for the human heart. They take away many problems and diseases of a person as they even reduce the amount of cholesterol in a body.

According to many tests that are done on Phytoplanktons, it reviles that they have the power to improve the vision of a human eye. They are responsible for providing us with vitamin E, vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B12 and chlorophyll. In addition to this many of the people who have tried these planktons have really benefited from them and have helped themselves of reliving from many kinds of diseases.
