Fish in the deep sea.
I was very suprised reading an article on a fish which lives in the deep sea. It looks like a bulldog, but it only lives in the sea. Plus, it lives in the deep sea, where its pressure is severeal dozens higher than at sea level. This fish have a human-like nose in between its eyes.
To remain buoyant, the flesh of the blobfish is primarily a gelatinous mass with a density less than water. This allow the fish to float above the sea floor without expending energy on swimming. It’s lack of muscle, requires it to eat matter which passes in front of it. It is kind of sad to think that there are a fish which cannot swim fast and move freely in the water.
