So that it can be absorbed into the blood, which carries it to various parts of the body to repair and remove waste. Water keeps all mucous membranes of the body soft and prevent friction of the surface. Water aids in regulating body temperature and body processes”. He advices that we make effort to have pure water (back to Eden).

Do you make effort to have a glass of water in the morning? When our car gets dirty, the cloths becomes stained, or the body smells, we do not think twice about using water.

Amazingly, the word “pure water” is synonymous to brand of water in our society. When the word “pure water” is mentioned, typically many people think of water to drink.

To round it up, don’t forget this piece of advice. Drink a lot of water every day, precise before each meal but make sure it is clean. The vitality in water in-take cannot be gotten from unclean and unhygienic water.
