Cholesterol and fat in the human body.

Never abuse the fat, but when we should not do more hasemos a diet too low in fat. Vegetable oils, fish (especially the blues), nuts and legumes are sources of essential fatty acids that will maintain and protect healthy skin throughout the body. As the years progress you have to moderate their consumption of foods high in cholesterol. In the case of women, after menopause, increases the risk of cardiovascular disease. Cholesterol is a fat animal world exclusive, therefore no plant product is cholesterol free.

Foods particularly rich in cholesterol.

  • The viscera of all animals: brains, livers, kidneys ..
  • Eggs
  • Sausages, pate
  • Animal fats and all products made with them: pastries, cookies …A high fiber diet will help in the fight against high cholesterol. The aceotes plants, especially oil, is necessary and desirable as foods that work to control cholesterol, while avoiding skin dehydration and youth maintenance of tissues.

    Hola! Tutuffi!! cuanta razón tienes, gracias a las comidas rapidas, altas en colesterol, tenemos una epidemia mundial de obesidad, con todos los problemas que eso acarrea, no solo la obesidad es una enfermedad, sino que trae consigo, problemas cardiovasculares, diabetes, aterosclerosis, sindrome metabolico. Aquí, no importa tanto la estética, sino que esta en riesgo la salud, y este es un bien muy preciado. Deberían ponerse de moda, las frutas, verduras, y la comida saludable, para que todos, incluidos, nuestros adolecentes, tengan habitos de vida, más saludables. Exelente artículo, me parece bien, que halla gente, que nos recuerde, que si seguimos comiendo mal, estamos destruyendo nuestra salud, más que nuestro aspecto. Saludos. Bettys
