Nine Interesting Facts About The Human Body
The natural warmth of the chest makes the menthol vapors pass into the air which is then inhaled. The menthol vapors help clear blocked noses and make breathing easier. But there is still no cure for the common cold. The menthol vapors cannot pass through the skin and go straight to the lungs. The warm feeling they give is comforting but won’t help cure your cold.

Nine Interesting Facts about the Human Body
It is possible to be quite healthy without knowing about how your body works. But if you know little or your information is wrong, you may worry needlessly about your health. We think that understanding your body helps you to take better care of yourself.
The following activity will help you check some of the ‘facts’ you know about the human body. Maybe you need to ask yourself if you always believed certain things just because you first heard them when you were very young. Where exactly did you get your information from?
High Fiber Foods

Fiber has almost no food value for humans because our guts cannot break down the fiber cell walls. But some foods which have a lot of fiber also contain useful vitamins and minerals (eg. fruit and vegetables). Fiber passes through the human gut almost untouched. But because it is bulky and absorbs water it makes waste matter pass out of the bowels easily and regularly.
Alcohol

Alcohol gets into the blood faster than anything else we eat or drink. The blood carries it to the liver where some of it is broken down. If there is too much for the liver to cope with at once it stays in the blood. When the blood reaches the brain the alcohol very easily passes into the brain cells. This causes the typical mood changes that occur after drinking alcohol. But smelling alcohol will not affect you. Too much alcohol over too long a time can damage your liver. But this is not the only harm it can cause.
Clogged Arteries

Arteries carry the blood away from the heart and out to all parts of the body. It is returned to the heart along the veins. Sometimes – for reasons that are not yet fully understood – fat-like particles carried in the blood are deposited on the inside of an artery wall and make the passage narrower. Eventually it may become so narrow that blood cannot pass through. The part of the body supplied by that artery is then starved of vital oxygen carried by the blood. If this happens in the coronary arteries the heart’s own blood supply) part of the heart muscle dies.

Well done. Your take on vitamin C however flies in the face of my health providers and C is necessary for the body to absorb iron.

heres to teves
Just excellent
It goes to prove how time flies
Though man cries
He still continues to try
At 50 years of lapse
Let ample love from start relapse
Those times were different
Then men and women were lovers true
Times have since changed
I wish now you knew
Guys go now fish
Be it in a ditch
Or for a new dish
Then they show
What we can’t
Yes fish once again
For sure we all now know.
But your fifty years
My do you say
Not that many minutes
Now any longer than that
Can any one these days stay.
if u can live on love and fresh air u can live much longer
