Man Boobies

Why DO guys have nipples?

We all know that women have boobs and nipples to feed a baby, well ever wondered why a man has nipples? seems weird that they have them really because there is no use for them. Read on and you will find out!

Before we were a person, we were a little embryo inside our mother’s belly and our gender was not yet determined. In fact there are more female cells in a embryo than there is male so at one point in time, guys you were actually a female. Each embryo has more Y chromosomes which is the chromosomes that actually makes the nipple and breast area. At around 6 weeks gestation the gender of an embryo is than determined as the chromosomes change embryo begins to get the testosterone the penis and other ‘manly’ things about a guy are formed as with the females who start to produce more of the hormone estrogen.

All men have a small amount of the hormone estrogen usually this does not affect the body function of a male but if in the case that a man gets cancer or in conditions and diseases effecting the hormones a male may have more of the estrogen hormone and can actually start to produce milk as like a women.

Although Male breast cancer is fairly uncommon its still around. 1-2% of breast cancer is those who are men. A Male’s percentage of developing breast cancer is below 0.1%

I hadn’t ever wondered till you asked. A nice thought that men were women once, espceially the ones that are chauvinist.

Actually the Y chromosome is male and nearly all male cells contain it from the time of conception (certain cells like red blood cells don’t contain any chromosomes). The Y chromosome is supplied by a male sperm; a female sperm supplies another X chromosome.

The rest of the article is pretty much correct. Virtually all the differences between males and females are triggered hormonally.
