How Much Our Body Works

Our thoughts can not always change the appearance of the outside world, but the inner world can change in a split second, if we want and we will.

We all live in a cyclical universe. All around us are repeated: sec, min, hours, days, years, seasons, sleep, breathing, heart rate … Life is composed of a range of cycles that create a true symphony. We add every day a brick into our wall of life. If we can maintain a proper pace in and outside our target, the “concert” that support it
here on Earth, will be a long and melodious. But to succeed it, you need to know how .An  important mechanism of the body’s internal organs is daily biorhythm. About biorhythm body was pretty much writing, but about that of the internal organs, much less. Johanna Paungger and Thomas Poppe in the book “Aus eigener kraft make a detailed description of our bodies function interne. The author  claims that each of the organs of the body has a maximum activity for 2 hours per day, as follows:
– Bladder bile (11:00 p.m. to 1:00)
– Liver (1:00 to 3:00)
– Lungs (3:00 to 5:00)
– Intestine (5:00 to 7:00)
– Stomach (7:00 to 9:00)
– Spleen and pancreas (9:00 to 11:00)
– Heart (11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
– Intestine (1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
– Bladder (3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
– Kidneys (5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.)

– Bloodstream (7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) and a general accumulation of energy is between 21:00 and 23:00.
Let’s try to examine, from the POV of the authors, one day of our lives!

Stomach, spleen, pancreas

E f.important as we wake in the morning. If I try to see how animals find themselves in the morning, I found that they first stretch, beginning the new day slowly. Let’s take for eg the animals and try to wake up calm in the morning, try to give us a few moments to relax before any daily activities. Many wake up with “baited breath” for fear that they have to deal with what they have proposed. It would be good to wake up a little earlier than we usually do. Between  7:00 and 9:00, stomach functions are at maximum value, so we must unhurried breakfast. We should take account and the quality and quantity of food they consume at this table. Between 9:00and  11:00  the spleen and pancreas are working hard and the stomach is  resting. In the meantime it is recommended to not eat hardly digestible. Pancreas controls blood sugar levels. It is preferable not to consume too many sweets in order to not disturbing pancreatic function.

Heart, small intestine

Between 11:00 and 13:00, heart activity is at maximum capacity. During this period is  not recommend copious meals, which require additional energy consumption. Small intestine has an intense activity between 13:00 and 15:00. Intestine work with an  important role. The digestion process is guided by the autonomic nervous system, it
can be blocked or disturbed by stress or nervousity. For this reason it is recommended that lunch be taken in silence.
Between 15:00 and 17:00 is the period in which it operates at maximum bladder. The bladder has an important role in detoxifying the body, along with the kidney. This can be accelerated using diuretic teas that have a maximum effect if they are drunk at 19:00. If in this time frame, you can get along with a diuretic tea and a relaxing massage, there is a more efficient detoxification of the body. After 19:00 it’s good not to drink too much liquid before sleeping at night.
Bloodstream is an intense activity between 19:00 and 21:00. The authors say that if many parents have a problem with sleeping children every day before 19:00, after that time, sent to bed is often a “bitter battle”, which is usually won by the children. Between   19:00 and 21:00 bloodstream works best
