Colors Affecting Online Tests
Will they?
It has been reported that when people do things on computers the color of the screen’s background can affect your test scores.
There have been trials done with people that have proven that when you are on a computer a screen with a red background will improve accuracy. In other words, grammar, spelling, and math. So, to the people taking online courses add a little red to your computer background and you might be able to do better on your next online test.
The participants in the test were given questions to answer and the ones with red backgrounds were able to score higher in the spelling, grammar, and math sections.
Another color that they tested was blue, what they found there was that blue actually helps to spark your creativity. The participants with blue backgrounds were able to think of more things and even mroe creative things to do with building objects and art than the red participants.
Color testing has been around for quite a while but this is just being integrated into the 21st century when they try it on poeple on computers.
