A lovely relaxing bath soak I like to use is Eucalyptus Mint. However, I do not like to buy my bath soak I like to make mine using natural ingredients. I find a homemade eucalyptus mint bath soak contains more relaxing ingredients without the harsh ingredients that can be in some unnatural bath soaks.
The ingredients needed to make a homemade eucalyptus min bath soak are 4 cups of Epsom salt, 1 cup of baking soda, 2 cups of sea salt, 25 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, 10 drops of peppermint essential oil, 10 drops of spearmint oil, 5 drops of wintergreen oil and 3 drops of tea tree oil.
The way to make the eucalyptus mint bath soak all you do is pour the ingredients into a large plastic container and combine them together with a wooden spoon until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. After place the lid on the plastic container and seal it up. Store the bath soak near the tub until you are ready to use it.
To use the homemade eucalyptus mint bath soak simply pour 1 cup of it into warm bathwater and get in and soak far as long as you need to in order to help relieve body aches and chills naturally. It is even a great soak to use to help relieve stress naturally.
