Products and Biodegradability

Biodegradable is understood as the property of some chemicals can be used as a substrate for microorganisms, which use them to produce energy (cellular respiration) and create other substances such as amino acids, new fabrics and new organisms.

This is what Wikipedia tells us mainly about the biodegradability.

Common Conca in mind the ecological environment as the process produced by microorganisms to remove some contaminants. Some common elements such as paper, plastic, cans, among others. Biodegrade and disappear some time after the bacteria begin this process.

The process has two types:

Aerobic, which is biodegradability by bacteria THROUGH oxygen and anaerobic is when bacteria perform this process without the aid of oxygen, usually in mteriales buried.

Biodegradability does not currently an essential part in building a product, and is taken as something unimportant, but several companies are an increasingly interested in caring for the environment by means of biodegradability, besides poderle add more to their benefit products.

Almost all the products we use below are biodegradable, but the time to do so is the main problem. A banana peel it takes between 2 and 10 days since its chemical composition is more easily assimilated by microorganisms, while a Glass takes 450 years to degrade.

The Market is rare to meet Biodegradable products, but one company in particular that dominates the perfect theme.
Nutrilite Company, is producing No. 1 in vitamins and nutrients. The company claims that all his supelmentos are biodegradable, so their nutrients and vitamins such as packaging that contains them.
